I am here to hold space for you to get out of your head and into your body. Currently all of my studio classes are also live streamed virtually and offered on zoom. I make my group classes accessible to all with plenty of modifications. All you have to do is show up and breathe.

Private & Corporate Sessions

I specifically cater your class to your needs and wants. My offerings include vinyasa flow, yin, restorative, breathwork and meditation. We will have a prior consultation and figure out how I can best support you on your embodied movement and mindfulness journey.
